Delicious Anti-Inflammatory Super Bowl Recipes
Eating healthy during the Super Bowl isn’t always an easy task. Many of us fall off our diets at this point in January, so I want to make it easier on you. If you do happen to fall off, get back up and going again! Most people think that eating well means eating food with no flavor, but that just isn’t true. Most of you know that I like people to try and follow a no grain or sugar diet. I really like the ketogenic diet for restoring health. I’m going to post some of my favorite recipes below to help you get through the Super Bowl!
P.S. I do not want the Patriots to win.
I love cheese chips and you can dunk them in sauce or load them up with toppings. Some people even bake jalapenos right into them. See some recipes on Pinterest.
Ham And Pickle Wraps
This is a classic with no explanation.
Baked Buffalo Chicken Wings
You can put a low carb sauce on chicken wings to make one of my favorite party foods, just make sure they are not breaded and your sauce is not loaded with carbs and sugar. I love buffalo sauce!
There are lots of different recipes you can use to make low carb pizza crust. I really like one called Fat Head Crust made out of mozzarella cheese and almond flour. You can get creative with the toppings. I once again love buffalo chicken, but my wife prefers the breakfast pizza toppings.
Great for snacks and dipping at the party, sure to be a favorite!
It is easier than you think!
There are so many options out there, but I just wanted to showcase a few to get you thinking in the right direction. You can eat healthy during the Super Bowl and still have great tasting food!
